About us

We are a Cyprus-based corporate law firm with a focus on delivering high-quality advice and practical solutions for our clients.

Our goal is simple — to support clients as they grow and succeed in the Cypriot market and internationally. Drawing on our experience in advising some of the world's most prominent corporations, we help clients to close deals, solve problems, and protect their interests.

And while the challenges our clients bring us may vary, we approach and resolve each one with the same single-minded commitment: finding the smartest and most cost-effective way to achieve the biggest impact.

Our approach
Dual-qualified expertise

Our lawyers are qualified in both Cyprus and England & Wales, bringing an internationally-recognised standard of legal practice to every client relationship and allowing us to advise seamlessly across common law and civil law systems.

International experience

We bring direct experience from advising multinational corporations, investment funds, and major financial institutions on complex cross-border transactions and disputes in a variety of industries and legal disciplines.

Boutique by design

We deliberately keep our practice focused — combining the depth and standards of a major law firm with the responsiveness, direct partner access, and cost-efficiency that only a specialist boutique can deliver.

Our experience

Our lawyers have acted for some of the world's most prominent businesses across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.
